How to Return Your Order

If you need to return all or part of your order, here’s how to proceed:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@artie--master.com within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval & Return Address: Our team will confirm whether your return is accepted and provide you with the return address. (Please note: If we don't receive a response within 14 days after approval, the return will be canceled.)

  3. Prepare Your Return: Pack the product(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and materials received.

  4. Ship the Return: Ship the item(s) back to the address provided and share the tracking information with our team.

  5. Refund Process: Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 days through your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

Products Damaged in Transit

If your item was damaged during shipping:

  1. Take clear photos of the damage and the product label on a flat surface.

  2. Email these photos along with a description to support@artie--master.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

We'll send you a replacement item free of charge. If a second issue arises, we will process a full refund.
