Defective Product or Quality Concerns
For items that arrive with defects or quality issues, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Wrong Size/Color Ordered
If you received the wrong size or color, and we made the mistake, we will send you a replacement for free. (If you want to change your order and we have already fulfilled it there is no chance for us to give refunds or send replacements for free)
Changed Your Mind
Should you no longer want the item, you can return or exchange it, but the shipping fee for the return will be at your expense.
Incorrect or Missing Item
If we sent you the wrong product or if something was missing from your package, we'll send out a replacement at no charge.
Damaged Parcel Upon Arrival
If your package arrives damaged, we will replace the item for you without any cost.
Wrong Shipping Information Provided
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. If you realize an error after your order has been submitted, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to update it before the order is processed. However, if the shipping information provided is incorrect due to customer error and the order cannot be delivered, we cannot take responsibility for this mistake. In such cases, we can offer you a 50% discount on a replacement order.

If you need to return all or part of your order, here’s how to proceed:
Contact Us: Send an email to support@artie--master.com within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Approval & Return Address: Our team will confirm whether your return is accepted and provide you with the return address. (Please note: If we don't receive a response within 14 days after approval, the return will be canceled.)
Prepare Your Return: Pack the product(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and materials received.
Ship the Return: Ship the item(s) back to the address provided and share the tracking information with our team.
Refund Process: Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 days through your original payment method.
The following products are not eligible for return:
Pre-orders.
Items that have been used or are no longer in original condition.
Promotional Items (including Buy-One-Get-One deals): You may return promotional items but are limited to a maximum of two items per order.
If your item was damaged during shipping:
Take clear photos of the damage and the product label on a flat surface.
Email these photos along with a description to support@artie--master.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
We'll send you a replacement item free of charge. If a second issue arises, we will process a full refund.
