Annullamenti
Accettiamo annullamenti prima che il prodotto sia stato spedito o prodotto. Se il prodotto è già stato spedito, l'annullamento dell'ordine non è più possibile.

Annullamenti dell'Ordine
Se annulli il tuo ordine entro 24 ore dall'acquisto, verrà addebitata una tariffa di € 1,50. Se desideri annullare il tuo ordine, invia un ticket di supporto tramite "Contattaci". Gli ordini annullati entro 24 ore dall'acquisto ma prima della spedizione comporteranno una penale di annullamento del 10%. Non saranno accettati annullamenti se l'ordine è già stato spedito.

Se un cambio non è possibile, puoi restituire il prodotto non desiderato per un rimborso e effettuare un nuovo ordine.

Resi (se applicabile)
Accettiamo resi su tutti gli articoli tranne quelli in vendita finale e la lingerie. I clienti hanno 14 giorni dalla ricezione dell'articolo per restituirlo.
Per richiedere un reso, l'articolo deve essere non utilizzato, nelle stesse condizioni in cui lo hai ricevuto e nella sua confezione originale. Nova richiede una ricevuta o una prova d'acquisto per il reso. Restituiremo l'articolo al produttore.

Spedizione di Reso: Sei responsabile per il costo di spedizione di reso (€ 7,50).
Tariffe di Elaborazione, Stoccaggio e Riconfezionamento del Reso: Per ogni articolo restituito, addebitiamo una tariffa del 30% per l'elaborazione, lo stoccaggio e il riconfezionamento. Questa tariffa sarà detratta dall'importo del rimborso.
Se l'articolo ricevuto è danneggiato o consegnato in modo errato a causa di nostra negligenza, il consumatore non è responsabile per alcun costo di spedizione.
